Anyway...my turkey is resting comfortably in my kitchen sink full of cold water. I have a couple of pies to bake, and some bread. A few things to tidy up before the big day...but I am so looking forward to spending it with my family.
So...off I go to get to work and make some "magic" happen in my little kitchen...
From my family to yours...I wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving!
Joyce Marie

Joyce,
ReplyDeleteI hope your Thanksgiving is a great blessing! We will be spending tomorrow with David's family, then traveling to see my family over the weekend.
Please don't stop writing:)
Looking forward to hearing about your days:)
I WISH YOU A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY SEASON. I AM GLAD TO HAVE FOUND YOUR BEAUTIFUL BLOG.
ReplyDeleteHey, Joyce!!! It's SO good to see you back blogging again! I really missed reading all about what's going on with you. Thanks for stopping by my blog the other day - sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner - Thanksgiving and all that. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're enjoying this new season of your life!! It really is a blessed time and I'm so glad that you're able to spend some great time with Brittany!! I'm so glad you found a new church home, too. We had the same issue with our boys - no place for them to continue on - our church we have been going to for about 2 years, has a great college group and they both love going and they have great teaching.
I'm dying to start a quilt myself!! I'm thinking I may move my sewing machine into the house so I can sew when I'm feeling up to it without having to go to my studio. It's the time of year for sewing a quilt!!
God bless you, dear friend!! So glad you're back to blogging!!
Love, Julie
